She was personable, especially since this was a cross country transaction. We did a lot of looking at homes via facetime. Annette always made herself available, with working with a 3 hr time zone difference. I liked that she was prepared and organized each time we met with a detailed propsect booklet on the homes we were going to look at. She was very open to receiving homes that we saw through Redfin. DocSign worked well for us. The only situation that could have been better was at closing. To make sure the sellers read their contract and left items that they agreed to leave behind. We as the buyers had to point that out and it would have been more professional if the 2 agents had checked on that before we did the walk through. Other than that, things were resolved and it all ended well.
